We employ various methods of tank construction: Traditional Method, Bottom-Up Method and Spiral Method.

We employ various methods of tank construction:

Spiral Method - TDCC is one of the few companies worldwide to offer this innovative technology, which represents a breakthrough in the construction industry. This advanced method offers several advantages, including construction speed, safety, and the minimization of required space. Our specialization in utilizing the spiral system allows for shorter project completion times while ensuring high quality and safety. Key benefits of the spiral system include:

Traditional Method - This method involves building tanks using cranes and tall scaffolding. It is the least practical and most time-consuming approach but is sometimes necessary. The process consists of gradually stacking levels of tank shell plates, starting from the bottom and working upwards. The final stage involves installing the roof structure.

Bottom-Up Method - This method is a safer and faster approach to tank construction. It begins with the construction of the tank floor, upon which the highest level of tank shell plates is placed. The roof structure with all its equipment is then installed. The key element of this method is the progressive lifting of the tank shell using electric or hydraulic jacks, allowing for the addition of successive levels of plates. Once the desired tank height is reached, the lifting system is dismantled, and the tank shell is welded to the floor.
